By prioritising sustainability, we aim to address our customer’s challenges while minimising their carbon footprint. We adopt a circular economy approach, striving to reduce waste and mitigate the environmental impact while meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsible Care
Responsible Care is a commitment made by the chemical industry to enhance health and safety practices, environmental policies, and community relationships. The Chemical Business Association (CBA) oversees Responsible Care programs in over 50 countries, including the UK.
Since 2010, PennWhite has been a certified full member of the CBA and has been working diligently to improve its Responsible Care practices.
In 2011, we launched our first 3-year improvement plan, which introduced performance indices to address the "Eight Guiding Principles" of Responsible Care. Our current 3-year improvement plan, like its predecessors, undergoes regular review as part of our internal audit program.
